Todd Barclay


Managing Owner Todd Barclay's story is one that echoes hundreds of restaurateurs and Chefs starting out. He is driven by a passion for food and beverage and a will to succeed. A Johnson and Wales graduate who took an all too long hiatus from the industry Todd decided to throw his hat back in the ring and look to fill a niche in Weymouth and the South Shore.

Blue Pointe is the first venture for Todd and his wife Dawn. Both long time residents of Weymouth, they wanted to work with the town to aid in the revitalization of the centre and add their special touch and taste for everyone to share.

Vincint Smith


Executive Chef Vincint Smith, a 1993 graduate of Johnson & Wales University, comes from a small farm town in western Pennsylvania. "Growing up in a small farm town, I learned to appreciate local ingredients".

Vincint is influenced by Mediterranean and French cooking while utilizing local ingredients and traditional New England Cuisine. He's creative and will use his culinary expertise to give the Weymouth community an exceptional dining experience.
